Help for Users of the LCPA¹s Q-Commerce Database

Members or Individuals with Existing User Accounts
LCPA members in good standing or individuals who have previously conducted business with LCPA have an existing account in our database. Please do not create a duplicate account as you will not see your member information (profile, CPE transcript, etc.) with a new account login. All new accounts are considered non-member accounts and will be treated as such until a member application is submitted and verified.

| • | Your Login Name = | Your LCPA ID number |
| • | Your LCPA Password = | First three letters of your last name with the first letter capitalized, followed by your LCPA ID number. The letters are case sensitive.
Example: McQ1111111 (Only the first letter is capitalized in most names.) |

Individuals Who Have Never Conducted Business with LCPA:
If you have never conducted business with LCPA, follow these steps to create a new user account: |
| • | Enter all required information on the New User Account form. Access the form through the "sign in here" link above. |
| • | You will be prompted to create a new login by entering a Username, Password and Hint. |

Note to All Users:

| • | You are allowed to change your username and password after your initial login. |
| • | Login names and passwords are always case sensitive. |
| • | All reset logins will revert to the default password (First three letters of your last name with the first letter capitalized, followed by your LCPA ID number. The letters are case sensitive.) |
